Common questions
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
300 Letters is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, minus the fair market value of any tickets or goods received. We will send a receipt for your records.
When do you need our logo?
To be included in printed signage and the event program, we need your logo in vector format at least three weeks before November 18. Later commitments are still welcome and will be recognized digitally and from the stage.
Can we build a custom package?
Yes. If none of the listed levels fit what you have in mind, email us and we will put something together around your goals and budget.
Can we sponsor with goods or services?
Absolutely. In-kind support from venues, caterers, beverage partners, printers and photographers directly reduces our event costs, which means more of every ticket goes to families.
