“300 Heroes” is a FREE 8-week Empowerment Support Series that provides caregivers of minor children with an incarcerated parent  a space to process their experience, understand their new roles, develop skills and build connections while their loved one is incarcerated. These are the HEROES of 300 Letters and the backbone of the family. The caregivers who stepped up and saved the family unit by deciding to not only care for themselves but also for the children in their family.

8-week series includes: life coaching, self- exploration, self-care, free resources, family give-aways, guidance, connecting to individuals who understand your experience & much more.
