300 Heroes Empowerment & Support Series

“300 Heroes” is an 8-week Empowerment & Support Series designed to honor and strengthen the caregivers of minor children with an incarcerated parent. These caregivers are the true heroes of 300 Letters—the backbone of the family who stepped up to hold everything together during one of life’s hardest seasons.

This complimentary program provides a safe, guided space led by a licensed therapist & life coach for caregivers to process their experiences, embrace their roles, understand the incarceration journey and build new skills. It is a place where your voice matters, your story is honored, and your healing is just as important as the healing of the children in your care.

Participation requires a commitment from the caregiver, as your presence and engagement are vital to the growth of both you and your family.

What to expect :

  • Group sessions guided by a licensed therapist
  • Life coaching and purpose exploration
  • Self-care tools and practices
  • Resources and family-focused giveaways
  • A supportive community of caregivers who share and understand your journey
  • Guidance and connection to programs designed to strengthen families
